OGITECH Expels indecent students, warns against cultism

The Rector; Dr. Olufunke Akinkurolere announced the expulsion of two students for indecency while some others were suspended.

This was made public at the School’s 12th Matriculation ceremony which was held on the 8th March, 2018 where she declared that the School will not condole any form of indiscipline, examination malpractices, rape, indecent dressing, cultism and other anti-social behaviour. She said, any student found guilty of such would be penalized ranging from suspension to rustication.

However, Mrs. Akinkurolere warned the new students not to engage in activities capable of truncating their academic pursuits and not to violate school’s rules and regulations. Rather, they should take advantage of various entrepreneurship programmes in the school.
