A broadcast has been circulating the media as regard a ritual (Oro) taking place in Igbesa on the 18th and 19th of February, 2020. However, the SUG President; Comr. Ogunleye Eniola by his investigation has confirmed that this is just a rumour. All necessary investigations has been made and there will be no ritual in Igbesa, hence a broadcast message which read thus:

There is a rumour going on that a ritual will take place tonight 19/02/2020 called (ORO) here in igbesa.
There is nothing like ritual ORO tonight. Every activities going on in igbesa to appoint a King was a peaceful one.
Therefore students are free to attend freshers parties organized by their various departments/ associations, as maximum security has been put in place.
