Still referring to the Convocation even which took place on Saturday, 14th October, 2017. The Polytechnic awarded prizes to the best graduating students (ND & HND) in each facaulty.
Mrs. Oladele Temitope Grace, Elect. /Elect. HND who got the regular prize for the best graduating student in her faculty with a CGPA of 3.87 also got an outstanding prize of #100,000 from the Rector; Engr. Dr. (Mrs.) Akinkurolere, Olufunke Olanike being the Over all best graduating student 2016/2017 academic session.
In addition with the prize from the rector, Mrs. Oladele Temitope Grace was also assigned immediate employment by the Hon. Commissioner for Education, Mrs. Modupe Mujota. She felt happy and honored as the students and staff gave her a standing ovation while she receives her price from the rector and deliver her speech thereof.
In her speech which was delivered in tears of joy, she appreciate the effort of her sponsors, lecturers and the school at large. She also appreciate the students and encouraged other students to work harder in order to attain greater heights.
