Hey lovelies… How are y’all doing today? As we all know, October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month ( If you didn’t know, now you know:mrgreen:) and October 13th is # Nobraday
The origins of National No Bra day are unclear but this event has been running since Let’s say 2011 with the message of raising awareness for the importance of Breast Cancer screening, recognising the symptoms of Breast Cancer and regular self-examination in the fight against Breast Cancer, by encouraging women to do away with their bras on October 13th.
Tomorrow, the 14th of October is the “ Big
Pink”- an event encouraging people to organise events and wear Pink to raise money and awareness for Breast Cancer care.
So sisters, remember to go braless for the whole of today or take part on social media to help raise awareness for Breast Cancer research using the hashtag
#Nobraday
